Here at GFXRequests, you're able to request any type of graphics and it will be made for you. I do wallpapers, iPod wallpapers (for you iPod hackers like me out there), graphic signatures, and avatars. No registration, signup, or payment needed. Just fill out the Graphics Request Form and once I recieve your form, I will start on your request as soon as I can. Pornography requests will not be tolerated and will be ignored. At the moment I am limited to using the programs Paint.NET, IrfanView, and The GIMP. Thanks for using GFXRequests!!!
